Spring 2009

MOLDOVA – the first seminar to train those able to prevent  child trafficking. “Children Not for Sale!” 15 – 20 participants: police, clergy, social workers, teachers and those needing training to help identify and prevent the high percent of child exploitation and trafficking in Moldova and similar countries.

Round Tables will precede training, in Moldova, Armenia and Belarus.

Autumn 2009

Armenia, Romania – the first training for those working with elderly and impoverished pensioners (whose income is equal to £3-£20 per month).

A questionnaire precedes the training programme to find the needs and wishes of those living without the sort of programme that has come to support the third age in many countries.

July/August 2009

Lithuania, Summer Schools for Helper/Facilitator training. A 10 day program where helpers and facilitators are trained in planning, supporting and organising programs and events.
