Church of Scotland - Guild

Throughout last years and for coming years, extensive support has been provided by the Church of Scotland Guild.

Kirk Yetholm

Kirk Yetholm, by Kelso in the borders have links with a rural project in Lithuania, having hosted the person working there. To fund this they asked their congregation to donate just £2 per person per month for a year and managed to get 40 people involved. A small amount making a big difference.

Wellington Church, Glasgow

Many thanks to the congregation at Wellington Church for their generous donation of £900.

St. James Church Leith, Adventfest

St. James Church Leith, Adventfest. Lydia Project stall sold crafts and was given contributions. All to help women come to Poland.

Fairmilehead Church of Scotland

Fairmilehead Church of Scotland held a coffee morning, which with coffees, sales and Lydia craft, and will be a great support.  Sally Beaumont, a member of Fairmilehead, has been involved in Lydia Project programmes since 1996.

Over Fifties group

Another 'Over Fifties' group has invited speakers to join them on 8th December in the Slateford area of Edinburgh.
